Replacement decisions are expensive to get wrong.

1

Vehicles kept past their optimal lifecycle

Maintenance costs escalate while residual value collapses. Every month past the optimal replacement window costs more than the previous one.

2

Decisions made on gut feel — not structured data

Most organizations lack a repeatable methodology. Replacement timing is reactive, inconsistent, and rarely documented in a way finance or procurement can validate.

3

No audit trail when capital decisions are questioned

When leadership, auditors, or procurement ask why a vehicle was replaced — or why it wasn't — the reasoning is usually gone. That's a governance risk.

4

Conditions change — but the analysis doesn't keep up

A valuation done once is out of date within months. Costs rise, mileage climbs, and market values shift, but most fleets never re-assess until the next crisis.

Organizations without a structured fleet valuation process consistently overspend on maintenance by keeping aging assets too long — and miss the residual value window when they finally do replace.

Two ways to keep your fleet decisions sharp.

Start with a one-time assessment, or stay ahead all year with a membership that re-values your entire fleet every month and tells you exactly what to do.

What's in a fleet valuation assessment.

Whether one-time or part of a membership, every valuation follows the same rigorous three-phase method — so your results are consistent, comparable, and defensible.

Phase 01
📋

Data collection & validation

We gather and validate your fleet data across all key dimensions: asset records, maintenance history, odometer readings, downtime, accident history, and current market values. We identify gaps and flag data quality issues before they affect the output.

Phase 02
⚙️

Lifecycle scoring & analysis

Each vehicle is scored across six weighted dimensions: age, kilometres, maintenance cost growth, downtime, utilization, and residual value loss. Policy thresholds are applied. Every score is explainable — no black boxes.

A team of fleet professionals. Not a generic consultancy.

Professional fleet managers with global experience

Our team brings more than 15 years of combined experience managing multiple fleet models — transit, government, trucking, humanitarian, and corporate — across global operating environments. We've made these decisions ourselves, at scale.

Structured, repeatable methodology

Every assessment uses the same six-signal scoring framework. Your results are consistent, comparable, and defensible — not dependent on a single analyst's judgment.

Governance-first approach

Recommendations include a full audit trace: data sources, scoring weights, thresholds applied, and confidence level. Built for organizations that answer to auditors, boards, and procurement committees.

Ready for your leadership team

Every report is designed to be presented directly to directors, finance, and procurement — no further translation or internal processing required.

Where our team's experience comes from
Collectively, our fleet managers have worked across public, government, humanitarian, and commercial sectors on multiple continents.
Public transit fleet management — hands-on experience managing large urban transit fleets with complex capital replacement cycles
Humanitarian & UN fleet operations — large-scale international fleet management under strict governance and policy controls
Lifecycle replacement planning — designed and implemented structured replacement frameworks for mixed-asset fleets
Maintenance, reliability & warranty — deep operational experience across vehicle types, fuel categories, and operating environments
Procurement & capital budget justification — preparing defensible replacement cases for finance and executive review

If you operate vehicles, we can value them.

We work with any organization that runs a fleet — from a single depot to a national operation — where replacement decisions carry real financial, operational, and governance consequences.

What organizations ask us first.

What data do you need from us?
For each vehicle we work from your existing records: make, model, year, purchase price and date, current odometer, maintenance history, downtime, fuel or energy use, any accident records, and a current market or auction value where available. You don't need all of it — we work with what you have, flag what's missing, and reflect data quality in the confidence score on every recommendation.
What if our data is incomplete or messy?
That's normal, and it's part of the job. We clean and validate everything you send, flag gaps and inconsistencies, and tell you exactly where stronger data would sharpen the result. Recommendations made on thin data are clearly marked with lower confidence rather than presented as certainties.
Do we have to replace our current fleet software?
No. We work alongside whatever you already use — AssetWorks, SAP, Geotab, a CMMS, or spreadsheets. We read exports from those systems and turn them into lifecycle decisions. We're a decision layer, not a replacement for your systems of record.
How long does an assessment take?
Roughly 10 business days from the point your data is submitted, including a walkthrough session of the findings with your team. Membership clients then receive an updated valuation every month on an ongoing basis.
How is each recommendation justified?
Every recommendation carries a full audit trace: the six weighted signals behind it, the policy thresholds applied, the top drivers, and a confidence score. It's built to be presented directly to finance, procurement, auditors, and boards — and to hold up when challenged.
What size and type of fleet do you work with?
From a single depot to a national operation, across transit, government, trucking and logistics, corporate, humanitarian, municipal, and specialist fleets. The same structured method applies whether you run 20 vehicles or several thousand.
Is our data kept confidential?
Yes. Your fleet data is handled confidentially and used only to produce your assessment. We're happy to work under a mutual NDA and to align with your organization's data-handling requirements before any data changes hands.
